1. Services

Lazo Stairlifts LLC sells, installs, removes, and reinstalls stair lifts for homes in Utah. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the conditions of the home and staircase. We may decline to provide a service for safety or legal reasons.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are not binding unless they are provided in writing. The final price may vary based on the scope of the work, the equipment chosen, the conditions of the home, or issues that could not reasonably be foreseen.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payments are handled outside the website. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas where work will be done, and for securing pets and any hazards before we arrive.

Where a sale is made in your home, you may have a right to cancel within three business days under the Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule. Nothing in these terms limits that right.

5. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy on this website.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including its text and design, belongs to Lazo Stairlifts LLC or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Product names and product images belong to their respective manufacturers.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided as is unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not guarantee particular outcomes or timelines unless we have explicitly agreed to them. Any manufacturer's warranty on a stair lift is set by the manufacturer under its own conditions, is separate from these terms, and may not cover a lift that has been moved or reinstalled.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
