Most of Herriman's homes are new by Utah standards: the typical home was built in 2013, and more than half went up between 2010 and 2019. Only about one resident in twenty is 65 or older, so a stair lift here is often for a parent who moves in with family. It usually goes on the main staircase up to the bedrooms, with a lift on each flight if that staircase has a landing.
